Course Content (Syllabus)
Introduction to programming, principles of computational problem solving, the 7 steps, algorithms, integrated development environments (IDE), the C programming language (introduction, variables, operators, conditionals, loops, errors, arrays, strings, pointers, memory, functions, structures), the C++ programming language (introduction, classes), modern programming languages. Implement of algorithms from Numerical Recipes in C/C++ (https://www.cec.uchile.cl/cinetica/pcordero/MC_libros/NumericalRecipesinC.pdf https://github.com/NJdevPro/Numerical-Recipes) Implement classic sorting algorithms (insertion, selection, bubble, shell, merge, quick, heap) in C/C++.
