By the end of this course, students should be able: • to understand and explain in depth major thematic issues of EU labour law, • to identify EU labour law problems in a wider EU, national, global and historical social policy context, • to compare EU labour law with the law of the UN, ILO and the Council of Europe • to comprehend some of the major issues of the European social integration process, • to distinguish the specific features of the European social model in an international and comparative law context.
