Learning Outcomes
Clinical training takes place daily from 08.15-15.00 for 46-48 weeks per year and includes the treatment of first and second opinion surgical cases presented to the Surgery-Obstetrics unit of the Companion Animal Clinic of the Department of Veterinary Medicine, in the subjects of soft tissue surgery. As part of their clinical practice, postgraduate students undertake 24-hour duty on weekdays and holidays, in the Surgery-Obstetrics unit of the Companion Animal Clinic.

Student Assessment
Description
The evaluation of the students is done by each faculty member based on their performance in clinical practice, i.e. based on their diagnostic, operative and post-operative skills and performance. At the end of the semester, their performance is graded.
