Course Content (Syllabus)
The course introduces graduate students to research methodologies (qualitative/quantitative), formulation of research hypotheses, statistical methods for data analysis, keyword and combination-based search in scientific databases. Practical application using SPSS for data analysis and Scopus for search techniques. Students completing the course successfully will be equipped to undertake the thesis in the third semester, proposing specific research through search and creation of a research hypothesis in the field of Psychoacoustics and Neuroscience of auditory perception. At the end of the semester, students will use acquired knowledge of tools and statistics, literature database search methodology and track basic elements of research papers & publications
