General Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of human physiology and biological adaptations of human organic systems, as a result of exercise-induced stimuli and interventions, with the aim of preventing and improving human physical fitness and health.
Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students will have acquired the knowledge and skills to search and utilize the information appropriately offered by the international literature, regarding biological adaptations from the application of exercise programs in healthy and special populations.

1. Biological adaptations and human performance 2. Aerobic capacity and heredity 3 Changes in maximal oxygen uptake with immobilization and exercise. 4.
