Knowledge of the essentials for biological adaptations of human organic systems, as a result of training interventions, with the aim of maximizing sports performance.
Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students will have acquired the knowledge and skills to search and utilize the information appropriately offered by the international literature, regarding biological adaptations from training, with the aim of maximizing sports performance.
