Course Content (Syllabus)
Anatomical abnormalities refer to pathological conditions during fetal development that lead to a disruption of the anatomical integrity of either individual systems-organs, or of the fetus in general. Their detection is done by ultrasound, but it requires thorough knowledge of the normal anatomy of the fetus, high clinical suspicion as well as familiarity with their ultrasound image. In this course, the most frequent and important anatomical anomalies will be presented with the diagnostic data that accompany them.
