Course Content (Syllabus)
Undeniably, the monitoring of the pregnant woman and the fetal development are charged with a huge responsibility which burdens the obstetrician and even more so the specialist in Fetal-Maternal Medicine. A misdiagnosis, a questionable result or, more often, an unclear picture, can trigger legal disputes. The knowledge of the medico-legal issues that may arise as well as the ways of legal coverage against them are considered essential for every obstetrician.
