Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the Master's Thesis, students are expected to: • be able to search, critically select, analyze and synthesize literature in the specific scientific field • be able to practice in designing a research protocol • become familiar with the process of obtaining approval from the relevant Bioethics and Ethics Committees, where required • gain field research experience, where required • become familiar with the analysis of research data, where required • be able to organise theoretical/literary/research material and become familiar with a specific way of writing a scientific text • become familiar with the concept of plagiarism and how to avoid it • become familiar with the use and citation of bibliographical references • practise organising and presenting their data to a wide audience

Course Content (Syllabus)
The Master's Thesis aims to train the student in scientific research and scientific literature, with communication of the results, both written and oral, in accordance with the international scientific community. It involves formulating a research question, critically reviewing the scientific literature, designing a research protocol, obtaining approval from the relevant bioethics and ethics committees, conducting the research study, analysing the data, writing the scientific text of the Master's Thesis following the rules of the international scientific community and presenting the results.
