Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students will acquire the following competencies: Knowledge: A solid theoretical foundation in the physiology and function of the muscular system is essential. - An in-depth examination of the fundamental principles of muscle strengthening training, with a focus on the various approaches that align with specific objectives. - Extensive knowledge of hypertrophy, flexibility, and muscle strength techniques. It is essential to have a comprehensive understanding of safe exercise parameters, including proper posture and breathing techniques. - Extensive expertise in the utilization of free weights, machines, and specialized resistance equipment. Skills: - Design and implement customized training programs catering to diverse population groups. - Fostering the development of teaching and coaching skills to empower students in training actual trainees. Employ rigorous scientific evaluation methods to assess muscle strength and fitness. It is essential to analyze and adapt exercise regimens based on training goals and the individual needs of trainees. The application of optimal set, repetition, and interval distribution techniques is intended to enhance muscle performance. Skills: - Independently design and lead integrated muscle strengthening programs. - Ability to customize training for various audiences, including beginners, athletes, seniors, and those with specialized needs. - Development of professional coaching, combining coaching instruction and application of individualized strategies. - Managing training environments, with an emphasis on safety and maximizing trainee performance. - Develop the ability to think critically and to become familiar with modern muscle-strengthening techniques.

Description
Employ web-based scientific channels to analyze the movement of weight training exercises and strength and mobility exercises. Students are asked to view specific movement analysis sections of the exercises they have been taught in order to be able to justify why a particular technique is required in specific exercises based on the elongation and contraction of the protagonist muscle and its competitors.

Description
The assessment of students is based on theoretical knowledge, practical application and mentoring ability, with the following breakdown: - Practical Assessment (50%) - Students will design and teach a comprehensive coaching programme. - Written Assessment (30%) - Theoretical examinations including: o Short answer questions o Analysis of coaching principles o Application of individualized training strategies - Participation & Assignments (20%) - Students are assessed on the basis of: - Active participation in practical applications - Oral presentation of individualized programs - Development of individualized ascetic programs for diverse populations
