Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion the students will be able to: Knowledges: - Theoretical understanding of the principles and applications of group exercise programs. - In-depth understanding of the principles and principles of strength and functional training techniques, including exercises for core, legs, chest, back, shoulders and arms. - Analysis and application of circuit training and cross training. - Understanding the principles of HIIT, TABATA methodology and the importance of training intensity. - Distinguish between functional training and conventional strengthening methods. Skills: - Design and execution of integrated physical training programs. - Selection and application of appropriate strengthening and functional training exercises according to the fitness level of the trainees. - Use of equipment (tires, dumbbells, bars, boxes, fitballs) in different forms of training. - Analysis of training performance data and adaptation of exercises based on the needs of the trainees. - Development of coaching skills for the correct execution of exercises. - Managing intensity and training load to achieve optimal results without injuries Abilities:: - Work independently and in teams to design and implement training programs. - Taking initiative and responsibility in teaching and adapting exercises. - Critically evaluate different physical exercise methodologies and select best practices. - Promoting safety and correct technique in the performance of exercises. - Managing training intensity to improve fitness and minimise injuries.

Description
The assessment of students will be based on a multidimensional approach that combines: - Practical assessment (50%). - Written assessment (30%): examinations that test theoretical knowledge around the methods and application of coaching. - Active participation assessment (20%): assessment based on collaboration, critical thinking and interactive participation in workshops. This model ensures that students are not only assessed theoretically, but through real-life applications and coaching skills that they will use in their professional careers.
