Upon successful completion of the module students should be able to: (a) explain the peculiarities of exercise participants' psychology (b) describe basic psychological theories and interventions in the area of exercise psychology (c) interpret the psychological factors related to exercise participants' motivation for exercise adherence (d) devise strategies to achieve exercise participants' improved psychology aiming to maximise exercise adherence
