Learning Outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the main concepts, contribution and drawbacks of the main theories of organisation design and organisational behaviour in order to be able to understand and critically assess business dynamics, design effective structures and be effective leaders.
Emphasis is put on the macro characteristics of the structure, the strategy, the architecture, the technology and the environment as well as on issues related to organisational development and change, behaviour in organisations, power and team dynamics, motivation and leadership.
