Course Content (Syllabus)
This course provides an in-depth understanding of the principles and practices involved in the manufacturing of lightweight structures, specifically in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Students will explore manufacturing processes, material properties according the manufacturing method and appropriate design considerations for each process to create lightweight structures. The course combines theoretical knowledge with a visit to a factory that builds composite structures.
