Upon completion of the course, the learner will: 1. know the basic principles of dealing with chronic diseases during adolescence 2. be familiar with the main chronic diseases of adolescents 3. be able to suggest the basic structured transition of adolescents with chronic diseases 4. know the principles that preclude the smooth and successful transition from adolescent health structures to adult structures
