Learning Outcomes
The main purpose is the study and the evaluation of the resistance training on neuromusclar and muscle-tendon system. In the first part the feed forward and feed back system are analysed. In the second part the methods and the adaptations which are caused by resistance training on the neuromuscular and muscle-tendon system are analysed. In the third part the basic methods for evaluation of the adaptation which cause the resistance training on the neuromuscular system are analyzed such as motion analysis, electromyography and electrostimulation.
