Description
During the educational procedure will be used ppt presentation materials and video clips of cases in order to be analysed from the students. The out of class communication with the students will be done with the use of the VOIP technology.

Student Assessment
Description
Student's evaluation will be done in 2 different ways:
A. The systematically participating to the lessons students (with at least 10 presences) will be assigned 5 tasks concerning one of the five topics of the syllabus each.
B. The non participating students will have to write a final test.
