Course Content (Syllabus)
The lectures are focused on the Hellenistic kingdoms and especially on the capitals of the Hellenistic period (Vergina, ancient Aigai, Pella, Alexandria, Antiochia on the Orontes). We are interested in the town planning, the public places and the sanctuaries with the main monuments, in private houses and necropolis.
