Course Content (Syllabus)
The content of this module emphasizes the important role of the human factor in contemporary approaches of management. It encompasses, among others, core issues of organizational theory and behavior such as determinants of human behavior, classic and contemporary theories of motivation and leadership, as well as teamwork and conflict management.
