Upon successful completion of the course students will have acquired the necessary theoretical, methodical and organizational knowledge to be taught weightlifting at school as a means of physical education and for improving health as a mean of general physical preparation.

Course Content (Syllabus)
1. History of Weightlifting-Fundamentals of technique. 2. Regulations of Power Snatch -learning technique of Power Snatch. 3. Regulations of Clean & Jerk -learning technique Clean & Jerk. 4. Planning of training-specific strength exercises. 5. Methodical technical novice-General power exercises. 6. Errors and corrections to technical Weightlifting. 7. Weight training in other sports-Daily Workout 8. Workout Program-Implementation of daily training. 9. Weekly programming-implementing various programs. 10. Treat muscle injuries using weights-Therapeutic exercises

Description
Theory: Written examination with questions about methodology of learning the technique, the methods of power development, the training methods, the basic regulations. Practice: Execute the basic techniques of the sport, finding errors in athletes that perform the basic techniques, knowledge of basic auxiliary exercises.
