Course Content (Syllabus)
The course is an exploratory first series of lectures on the philosophical background of sociological research in rural areas. Successful participating of students make considerably easier the assimilation of the teaching material and the achievement of a satisfactory degree. The course is especially suited to students who wish to continue their studies at the graduate level by providing the framework that required for conducting research and writing research paper. In particular the course also provides students with an overview of the areas of rural sociological research, questionnaire, experiment, interview, presentation, writing, data analysis and an introduction to the literature review tools and software.
