Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able: 1) To have the background and skills to plan and implement appropriate silvicultural treatments in different forest ecosystems. 2) To prepare management and rehabilitation plans of forest ecosystems, particularly vulnerable or endangered, and the protection of biodiversity. 3). To establish and manage plantations of forest species. 4). Organize and produce high quality forest reproductive material suitable for reforestation and urban uses. 5). To develop afforestation and reforestation studies and undertake demanding reforestation projects.
