Course Content (Syllabus)
The Psychiatric Hospital as an institution represents a characteristic example of complete social exclusion. This class will concentrate on processes, compatible with the mainstream psychiatric model, that yield such totalitarian institutions. It will also examine their consequences for patients and personnel.
