Learning Outcomes
Students are invited to know the historical conditions of Islamic law training and the creation of Islamic law schools. To understand the boundaries between human speech as to the rendition of divine revelation and the interpretation of divine law. Know the major Muslim legal schools and their individual differences. To be able to make the transition from the past to today and to be aware of the current problems in the implementation of Islamic law (Sharia) in Muslim and non-environments.

Monitoring the systematization of Muslim theology by the major law schools of Sunni and Shiite Islam. Understanding the function of Islamic law, the role of divine revelation and human speech.
