1η hour Feed- Chemical composition of feeds and animal body 2η hour Carbohydrates – The role of carbohydrates in animal nutrition 3η hour Lipids - The role of lipids in animal nutrition 4η -5η hour Proteins–Protein quality, biological value, essential amino acids. The role of proteins in animal nutrition 6η -7η hour Protein requirements, classification, properties 8η -9η hour Other Nitrogenous compounds – Their role in ruminant nutrition 10η -11η hour Vitamins – The role of vitamins in animal nutrition 12η -13η hour Inorganic substances and water - Their role in animal nutrition 14η -15η hour Digestibility of nutrients and factors affecting digestibility.
