Course Content (Syllabus)
The aim of the course is to highlight the major events in the Balkans after the end of the First World War. The refugee and the minority issue, the Balkan Communism, the Macedonian Question, the Second World War and the Cold War are the main objects being analyzed and discussed. Students should be prepared to understand also the social and economic changes in the Balkans.
