Course Content (Syllabus)
This course will discuss bilingual education: types of bilingual education (e.g. full vs. partial immersion), the roles of and collaboration between language teachers and subject teachers, bilingual schooling issues (underachievement, assessment and special needs), literacy and biliteracy in the Classroom, the politics of bilingualism
