Learning Outcomes
They will be able to conduct a systematic literature review around a specific research topic. They will acquire in depth knowledge about the modern research findings around the topic of school improvement and school effectiveness. The will be able to design an educational intervention at a school or class unit or a non typical learning environment They will be able to develop a research design for an educational intervention and its assessment. They will acquire in depth knowledge about interpersonal leadership in the school environment.
