We shall first present briefly the Digital Humanities, with concrete reference to their methods and tools. We will focus mostly on Multimodal Digital Humanities, but also on Cybersemiotics and Interactive Digital Semiotics. Then, we shall present case studies, as: 1. Digital audiovisual archives 2. Electronic literature 3. Modeling as structure, representation and creation of thought schemes 4. Corpora and their semiotic aspects 5.
