Course Content (Syllabus)
In this lesson the methods and main theories of Art History are being presented, e.g. the method of iconology - iconography, the aesthetics of perception, the method of semiotics, the analytical-psychological approach to art, the social - historical and the feministic approach to art. The documentation of art history and its hermeneutic theory is also studied.
