Learning Outcomes
- Application of the theoretical knowledge of tonal harmony to pianistic accompaniment and melodic harmonization.
- Further knowledge in harmony, through piano practice
- Understanding and use chord voicing and progressions in a correct way.
- Improvement of the students ability to develop musical material and accompany other musicians and ensembles, an ability necessary to every professional musician.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Exercises on figured bass in baroque style, realization of tonal cadences, completion of harmonic sequences on a given pattern, harmonization -in closed position- of mainly diatonic melodies, as well as piano accompaniment patterns.
