Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course students will be able to: 1. Clarify key conceptual terms related to the co-education of children with disabilities, 2. Understand and get acquainted with basic pedagogical-philosophical-educational theories of co-education, 3. Familiarize themselves with the practical implementation of co-education programs in general and special education structures, 4. Understand the different requirements for adapting exercise programs to students with different disabilities, 5. Evaluate the individual and collective progress of students participating in co-education programs, 6. Plan adaptations to team and individual sports in inclusion classes.

1. Concept of disability: Historical development - Philosophical perceptions - Attitudes - Legislation - Disability model 2. Adapted Physical Activity: Theory of Adaptation - Definitions - Key Concepts - Planning Integration - Characteristics of an Integration Environment - Physical Education Programs Supporting Co-Education 3. Integration - Inclusion - Inclusion Basic principles of creating Individualized Training Programs 4. Inclusion in Physical Education for people with specific disabilities: Intellectual Disability - Basic Concepts, Motor Characteristics, Course Adaptations, Sports, Games and Activities 5. Inclusion in physical education for people with specific disabilities: Autism Spectrum Disorder - Basic Concepts, Motor Characteristics, Lesson Adjustments, Sports, Games and Activities 6. Inclusion in physical education for people with specific disabilities: Motor disability - Basic concepts, motor characteristics, adaptations of the course, sports, games and activities 7. Inclusion in physical education for people with specific disabilities: Developmental Disorder of Motor Coordination / ADHD: Basic concepts, motor characteristics, course adaptations, adaptations sports, games and activities 8.
