After the successful completion of the course the students will be able to:
- encompass situations worth of legal protection in the general field of consumer protection
- identify the suitable legal provisions for providing protection according to national and Εuropean law
- answer specific questions about the limits on consumer protection through an assessment of the consumer's interest and the one of the supplier
- be able to develop arguments and resolve legal cases on issues concerning the materials covered in the course.
