Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course the student will:
• Be able to assess autonomously the physical condition of the elderly
• Be aware of alternative forms of exercise such as tai chi, yoga, pilates, dance, etc
• Be able to design independently and autonomously targeted and specialized exercise and physical activity programs that meet the needs of the elderly and help them maintain their autonomy and functionality.
• Be able to identify problems in the movement of the older adults
• Be able to record autonomously laboratory data
• Be able to interpret and evaluate autonomously results of equilibrium measurements
