Learning Outcomes
The students should recognise the phenomena of intersemiosis and cultural adaptation and search the reasons of tramsutation of signs.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The aim of the course is to present the most important approaches to the phenomenon of intersemiosis and of cultural adaptation from the perspective of the research fields of Semiotics of translation, Visual Semiotics and Intericonic and Interart Studies. In this context, cases of transmutation of the information load between different semiotic systems, such as language, picture, pose, spatial composition, colors, etc. are examined.
