General Prerequisites
- Successful completion of German I and German II with an average grade of at least 7. - first experience with literary texts in German. - willingness to participate intensively in the exchange of thoughts and ideas, performance and scenic play.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The aim of the seminar is to expand communicative skills by talking and writing about reading and film experiences. Based on literary text types, new text types are to be written (partly collaboratively), impact and identification with literary characters are to be reflected on and short literary forms are to be written in German. Creative writing and biographical writing methods will be used and emphasis will be placed on different forms of presentation. The presentation of literary text types as well as oral discussions and the moderation in group discussions are also systematically practised.
