Learning Outcomes
The aim is to instruct students and train them to History of Art practising stages into the production of a short scholarly text familiarizing them with the requirements towards it. The subject of the individual tasks is accessible, which ensures that they are in direct contact to the work of art or design that they study. The narrative part is relevant to their choice of subject. It aims at training them to view Greek and foreign artistic creation in their relation and discerning cultural differences between local and international identities in art forms.

Course Content (Syllabus)
As part of the art history specialization course, the student will be acquainted with the specialized literature of the field of knowledge, the application of the most valid methodologies for the approach of specialized issues of history and art theory, the critical use of bibliographic sources, the practice of synthetic thinking, as well as the process of preparing a work and presenting it in the form of teaching. The tutoring course is aimed at a limited number of students. The evaluation method includes two mandatory parts: i) oral presentation of a topic of the field, free choice and ii) written submission within a specific date of the reference text (word) of length 3,000 with footnotes (suggested system of footnotes: Chicago style or Harvard style).

The grading evaluates: -the choice of bibliography - printed or from the world wide web - and its correct use -the organization of the material and the structure of the reference text (word) -criticism and the synthetic ability of the examined student in the utilization of the sources -the correct use of historical-technical terminology
