Upon the successful completion of the course, students are able to: • conduct basic literature research according to their scientific domain • chose and paraphrase their sources • refer properly to their sourses • compose a short literature review (1500-2000 λέξεις) • present their review to audience • answer to questions and discuss their arguments

Course Content (Syllabus)
In the course “Greek Language for foreign students, 6th Semester” (level C2.2), the academic variety of greek language is taught through a variety of genres. Upon the successful completion of the course, students will be able to: • conduct research to compose an annotated bibliography • express their opinion with clarity and logical arguments • prepare and defend oppositions • comprehend multimodal texts with statistics, diagrams etc. • recognize and use elements of morphology and syntax found in academic language (e.g. literary use of genitive case, simple past of passive voice coming from Ancient Greek and simple past passive participles)
