Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students are expected a. to be familiar with gender as a category of historical analysis, b. to possess specialized knowledge of fundamental social and cultural processes in medieval Europe, c. to understand processes of gender construction, and d. to understand the role of gender in the shaping of power relations.
