Course Content (Syllabus)
The course teaches the meaning of the term evangelism and the characteristics of missionary preaching, which are determined by the recipients of the Gospel message. A comparison is made with the preaching of spiritual edification and then the behavior of today's traditional Christian societies is examined, which leads the Christian Churches in the Northern Hemisphere to the need for re-evangelization. In this context, the possibilities of evangelization and re-evangelization with the perspectives and dynamics of modern methods in communication and education are highlighted. At the same time, dialogue with alterities is developed and the importance of new technologies, social media and the internet in the encoding and transmission of the Gospel message to diverse recipients today is explored.
