Learning Outcomes
Ability to solve first and second order ordinary differential equations. Applications in engineering problems. Euler and Runge-Kutta methods for the numerical solution of differential equations. Solving non-linear equations numerically using iterative methods. Numerical determination of eigenvectors and eigenvalues. Numerical determination of integrals' value. Interpolation. Regression.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Differential Equations and applications in engineering problems. Types of errors. Solving non-linear equations. Solving linear equation systems. Gauss-Seidel method. Cholesky method. Eigenvectors and Eigenvalues. Splines. Numerical integration.
