Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to: 1. To possess the basic knowledge and skills of statistical analysis of quantitative data 2. To design a database of data input, create and import survey data 3. Be able to conduct statistical analysis of data using software provided by AUTh. 4. To be aware of and be able to check the assumptions of each analysis 5. To understand when and how some of the most common statistical tests can be used

Course Content (Syllabus)
Scales of measurement, File development for data entry, Frequency tables, Central tendency measures, Dispersion measures, Selecting the appropriate graph for presenting the data, Normal distribution, Standard normal distribution, Sampling distribution of the mean, Hypothesis testing, one-sample t-test, inddependent samples t-test, correlation analysis.
