Learning Outcomes
Upon the successful completion of the course’s students will learn/familiarize/investigate the: bee, bee colony and bee's defense mechanisms diet of the bees and the beekeeping flora principles of Sustainable Beekeeping contribution of bees to pollination effects of climate change on bees the production and post-harvest management of beekeeping products and the basic methodologies for quality assessment of beekeeping products
