Learning Outcomes
Upon the successful completion of the B ibliographic Master's Thesis, students will be able to demonstrate: 1) advanced skills for independent scientific inquiry and critical thinking. 2) independent interpretation and analysis of research results; 3) advanced skills in writing and presenting scientific papers; 4) advanced skills in communication and the public presentation of their scientific work; 5) the ability to conduct an extensive literature review with the encouragement of perspective meta-analysis of quantitative data.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The postgraduates' stuednts Bibliographic Master's Thesis Project involves the detailed study of previously published research papers with the possibility of meta-analysis of quantitative data to draw useful conclusions for future research. Through the Bibliographic Master's Thesis the students develop independent thinking and acquire the ability to contribute substantially to new scientific knowledge in the field of food hygiene and biotechnology. At the end of their project, students will be asked to prepare a detailed thesis and present their findings to the public, demonstrating their scientific expertise and communication skills.
