Understanding of the basic functions and movements of each area (upper and lower limbs, trunk, neck).

Palpation and assessment of muscles and joints in various regions of the body.
Application of basic kinesiological exercises for strengthening and stabilization.
Design and instruction of individualized exercise programs.

Comprehensive functional evaluation of the musculoskeletal system.
Development and implementation of combined exercises based on joint structure.
Adaptation to various kinesiological needs using scientifically evidence-based practices.
Course Content (Syllabus)
1. Principles of Kinesiology – Muscle Palpation Techniques. Basic Principles of Therapeutic Exercise.
2. Palpation of Muscle Contractions in the Neck – Basic Movements and Exercises for the Cervical Spine and Head.
3. Palpation of the Scapular Muscles – Basic Movements and Exercises of the Scapula.
4. Palpation of the Thoracic Muscles – Combined Movement of the Head, Scapula, and Thorax.
5. Basic Movements of the Shoulder Joint – Palpation of the Shoulder Girdle Muscles – The Rotator Cuff.
6. Basic Movements and Palpation of the Elbow Joint Muscles – and the Radiocarpal (Wrist) Joint.
7. Palpation of the Trunk and Pelvic Muscles – Basic Movements of the Trunk and Pelvis.
8. Trunk Stabilization Programs – Basic Exercises for Strengthening Specific Trunk Muscles.
9. Palpation of Muscle Contractions in the Thigh and Pelvis – Palpation of the Hip and Knee Joints.
10. Basic Exercises for Strengthening Specific Muscles of the Hip and Knee – Joint Functionality of the Hip and Knee.
11. Palpation of the Muscles of the Lower Leg and Ankle Joint – Basic Exercises for Strengthening Specific Ankle Muscles.
12. Complex Exercises for Strengthening Muscle Groups of the Ankle and Lower Leg – Joint Functionality.
13. Palpation of the Foot Muscles – Foot Movements – Combined Movements of the Lower Limbs.
