Learning Outcomes
Describe the of plants and plant species used in biological engineering and plant-based arrangements. Selection of intervenes in the production sites of sediment transported materials. He will be able to propose solutions to stabilize the sediment sources of debris flow materials using biological planting material. Biological technique works in the secondary ravines. He will propose slide surface stabilization projects. streambed stabilization with biological techniques.

Course Content (Syllabus)
eco- biological engineering at the lower parts of natural streams and watersheds. Soil stabilization, alluviums, seaside, banks, dunes.Morphology of lake river basins. Principles, systems of environmental arrangement of torrents, rivers, lakes. Arrangement works adapted to natural environment. Special works of environmental stream corrections in national parks, virgi and aesthetic forests and natural meuseums. Formation of artificial beds and lake basins (debositories)by applying environmental criteria. Stream correction with specific requirements (fish culture, boat racing, swimming,aesthetic improvement, etc.)
