Learning Outcomes
After completing the courses and successfully passing the exam, students will be familiar with the concepts of Human Resource Management and Project Team Management. They will also be able to assess and quantify the value of human capital in the business and in the project and be able to examine what is the optimal solution in human resources through multi-criteria methods. They will be able to analyze and interpret the progress of the project using the Earned Value Method and through software to monitor and control the project. They will be familiar with the concepts of Digital Construction in Project Management with the presentation and support of software (Building Information Modelling). Examples of good practices for the resilience of infrastructures (Resilient Infrastructures) to address environmental and climate change will be analyzed. They will become familiar with the individual stages from planning to operation of programs and large infrastructure projects.
