During the course, the students are expected to: • Recognize the various products of volcanic activity • Understand the correlation between tectonics and magmatism • Understand the engineering geological problems of volcanic rocks • Understand the geological structure of Santorini and the relations among different rock types • Link theoretical knowledge with practical applications during field work • Adapt to field conditions

Course Content (Syllabus)
• Geology of Attikocycladic zone.
