Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students are expected to: 1. Understand the basic theoretical concepts, the historical development, and the current applications of School Psychology. 2. Recognize the psychosocial and learning needs of students in order to promote their mental health, well-being, and school adjustment. 3. Become familiar with the fundamental principles of designing and implementing evidence-based prevention and intervention programs in the school community.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The course introduces students to the basic theoretical concepts and applications of School Psychology, with the aim of promoting students’ mental health, well-being, and learning. It focuses on critical issues related to the psychological and learning support of children and adolescents in the school context, while also highlighting the consultative role of the teacher. Particular emphasis is placed on the implementation of evidence-based prevention and intervention programs within the school community.

Description
Use of PowerPoint, audiovisual media (video, webinars, and podcasts), and digital tools (e.g., Poll Everywhere, Socrative, Kahoot). Use of the e-learning platform to provide lecture notes (slides), bibliography, information, and general support for the course. Provision of electronic materials (e.g., course overview) using informational graphics (infographics). The learning process and communication with students are supported via the e-learning platform and email.
