- Practices for ensuring quality - Introduction to the concepts of quality certification and accreditation in health services- Communication management of emergency situations related to health risks and medical errors- Contemporary approaches to the utilization of healthcare professionals: high-performance work practices- Modern leadership styles and the development of leadership skills- Quality assurance system in healthcare services- Recognition and management of risks in health services- Agency for Quality Assurance in Health (ODIPY): the creation of a framework for assessing the quality of healthcare services provided in Greek hospitals- Development of an evaluation framework for quality in Primary Health Care- Experience from the context of evaluating the quality of hospital care in England

Student Assessment
Description
The evaluation of students will take place through:
• The preparation of a written assignment (40% contribution to the final grade)
• Their performance in the exams with multiple choice questions (60% participation in the final grade).
A passing grade in the exams of the Master's program is considered to be greater than or equal to six (6).
